At Outboard Auto, Refund Policy is applied once the terms and conditions at the Return Policy section are accepted.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.
Please call 772-256-0860 with any questions regarding the status of your return. Be sure to have your order number ready.

  • Damaged Shipments

Freight damage is handled on a case by case basis. We understand outboards and parts are expensive and your new engine should arrive in pristine condition. In the event of freight damage, we will work with you to determine a satisfactory solution to correct the issue.
If you receive a damaged product, save the box and all packaging material and call us at 772-256-0860 within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
